The Red Eagle

What is The Red Eagle?
The Red Eagle is more than just a name on a car—it’s a movement. Born out of David’s dream to merge car culture with community service, The Red Eagle brings together car lovers for a purpose. Through parades, charity shows, and local events, The Red Eagle uses the power of horsepower to raise awareness and support for those in need.
Driven by Purpose
The Red Eagle actively supports the Ronald McDonald House and Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Galveston by hosting events and donation drives for hygiene products, family necessities, and other essential items. David also aims to expand this mission by organizing shows that support veterans, recognizing their service and helping them connect with community resources.
Promote Your Business & Give Back
By becoming a sponsor of The Red Eagle, local businesses get the opportunity to promote their brand while supporting a meaningful cause. Sponsors are featured at events, on banners, merchandise, and right here on our website. Whether it’s a car show or community hangout, your business will ride alongside The Red Eagle, gaining visibility and building goodwill.
Together, we’re building a community that runs on compassion, horsepower, and hometown pride.

Meet David Tovar, Sr.
At 64 years young, David Tovar, Sr. has lived a life fueled by passion—for family, fast cars, and giving back. His love for cool rides began in the 1970s when he and his siblings would sneak into Houston International Speedway just to catch a glimpse of the roaring engines and sleek machines. That spark never faded.
